Public transport accessibility
Make your holiday more sustainable and travel to EuroParcs Brunssummerheide by public transport. Below are a number of possibilities for reaching the holiday park by public transport.
From Utrecht station to EuroParcs Brunssummerheide The total travel time is approximately three hours. From Utrecht Central Station take the intercity towards Boxtel. Get off at Boxtel station, where you have a 10-minute change for the intercity to Eindhoven Centraal. At Eindhoven, transfer again to the intercity towards Maastricht and get off at Sittard station. Bus 37 leaves from Sittard bus station towards Brunssum via Merkelbeek. Get off at Brederostraat, Heerlen. Walk down the hill from the stop and you will reach the reception.
From Valkenburg station to EuroParcs Brunssummerheide The total travel time is about half an hour. From Valkenburg station take the Arriva express train to Heerlen station. After ten minutes you will arrive at Heerlen station. At Heerlen station, you have a 5-minute transfer time to bus 3 in the direction of Brunssum. Get off at bus station Wilhelminastraat in Brunssum. Get off at Brederostraat, Heerlen. Walk down the hill from the stop and you will reach the reception.
Bike rental
Go on an adventure with the wind in your hair and discover the surroundings by bike. At the reception of EuroParcs Brunssummerheide you can rent regular bikes, e-bikes and children's bikes. You can only hire bikes from us as a guest of our holiday park.
Holiday with your dog?
Dogs are welcome! Your dogs needs to be on a leash at all times. Convenient: there are special waste bags to be found to clear up after your pet. This way we keep it clear for all. In the area around the park there are a lot of walking routes and nature parks, where you can go with your four-legged friend (on a leash, of course). There's a dog shower on the park, for fresh pets!
Good to know, in a number of accommodations pets are allowed. In the accommodations there are no benches or carpets. Also there's no camera or baby monitor available. Should you want to use it, please bring your own. Of course there's a mop or puppy pad available to quickly clean up any accidents. Your dog isn't allowed in the swimming pond, but there are two areas at the Brunssummerheide where dogs can go off leash!
